Gypsy-Rose Blanchard's fiancé, Ken Urker, has died.
Urker was found unresponsive on Thursday, Oct. 1, his birthday. He was discovered by a family member inside a Louisiana home, a source close to the family confirmed to PEOPLE. TMZ was first to report his death.
