There'll be some added interest in officiating when No. 10 Oklahoma travels to face No. 24 Michigan on Saturday, Sept. 12, after the Wolverines defeated Western Michigan in Week 1 in controversial fashion.
Michigan took down the Broncos 13-12 after Bryce Underwood threw a game-winning 47-yard Hail Mary touchdown to JJ Buchanan as time expired, breaking a scoreless streak that lasted from the opening possession to the last play of the game. Officials added one second to the clock before the game-winning touchdown, which is now the result of an appeal from the MAC and Western Michigan, who have asked the Football Bowl Subdivision Oversight Committee to reverse the outcome of the game, which would result in a WMU win.

Big Ten officials worked Michigan-Western Michigan, which was played in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There won't be Big Ten officials when the Wolverines host the Sooners, though.
