Scott Wolf's ex-wife, Kelley Wolf, is opening up about her mental health struggles, a year after the former couple's contentious divorce.
Kelley Wolf, who was arrested amid the high-profile split, apologized to the "Party of Five" alum and their family in an emotional Instagram post Friday, Aug. 28.
"Wow … I have taken about 100 deep breaths to write this," Kelley Wolf wrote. "How do I even start. It's been a year since I recognized what everyone around me could see: I was not well, and I needed help."
"The Real World: New Orleans" alum, who married Scott Wolf in May 2004, revealed the pair's separation in an Instagram post last June. While she did not specify the reason for their divorce, she said she was "stepping into a chapter of peace, freedom and protection — with grace."
