Alejandro Balde could be set to leave Barcelona before the close of the summer transfer window following talks with his agent and the club.
According to Jijantes, Balde "will not continue" at Barcelona and "has made the decision to seek an exit after the latest talks and feelings at the club."
His agent Jorge Mendes is now said to be "working to find him a team in this final stretch of the transfer window."
Premier League side Manchester United have already been linked with Balde and may be tempted to spend again this summer after opening their campaign with a shock 2-0 defeat to newly-promoted Hull City.
Balde's decision comes after Hansi Flick was asked about the defender earlier today at his pre-match press conference.
