The two schools ended last season with a state championship thriller, a 28-24 victory by Baylor last December in Chattanooga.
Both teams are headlined by Tennessee Vols football commits. Baylor 5-star running back David Gabriel Georges is ranked among the top running backs in the 2027 class. Brentwood Academy's Kesean Bowman is No. 1 in the Tennessean's preseason Dandy Dozen and a top-100 overall prospect who will be the Eagles' offensive focal point at receiver.
