The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona have been made aware of the massive sum with which they would be forced to part to sign Luis Suárez from Portuguese outfit Sporting CP this summer.
This of course comes amid mounting speculation linking the Blaugrana with a move for the Colombian international.
Frontman Suárez has taken his place at the forefront of the media headlines surrounding Hansi Flick's Barcelona across the day to date. Amid ongoing frustration in their pursuit of priority striker target Julián Alvarez, Deco and the Camp Nou brass are understood to have earmarked the 28-year-old as a viable alternative.
