Dylan, 26, and Carys, 23, often mark each other's birthdays on social media - and if their tributes are anything to go by, both siblings feel very lucky to have one another.
Back in April, Dylan shared his appreciation for his sister on her 23rd birthday. "23 years ago today I got a built-in best friend," he began, alongside a collection of throwback photos. Reflecting on his years spent watching Carys evolve from a girl into a woman, the proud big brother continued: "What a privilege it's been to see you grow into such an amazing woman.
