His brother, Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur, surprised him during the NBC Sports coverage with a greetingm which Matt LaFleur said made him emotional to experience.

That's a really cool moment for the LaFleur brothers as Mike coaches in his first official NFL action as the leader of a team. We know Matt LaFleur was proud to see his brother taking on such a big moment in his coaching career.
