The Baltimore Ravens signed veteran offensive tackle Kendall Lamm following a workout on Monday, per the NFL's daily transaction report, filling the roster spot vacated by Hakeem Adeniji's sudden retirement over the weekend.
Lamm, 34, is entering his 12th NFL season. He spent the last four in Miami with 46 total appearances, including 15 starts in 2023 and 2024. Last year, he appeared in 13 games, but played just seven snaps on offense and 52 on special teams.
Most of Lamm's pro experience came with the Texans between 2015 and 2018. He first signed in Houston as an undrafted free agent and made the 53-man roster as a rookie as the team's swing tackle. He continued in that role for the subsequent two seasons before earning the right tackle job in 2018, his lone year as a full-time starter.
After leaving Houston during the 2019 offseason, Lamm signed a two-year deal with the Browns, where he again served as the swing tackle, and spent the 2021 season in the same role in Tennessee. He has generally earned solid pass-blocking grades in his career from Pro Football Focus with a 5.9% pressure rate and a 96.5 pass blocking efficiency.
