Chargers offensive tackle Joe Alt said he's back to 100% health after a shortened 2025 season.
Alt spoke to reporters as veterans reported on Tuesday and said he can't wait to get the pads back on soon.
"I'm ready to rock and roll," Alt said.
Alt only played six games in 2025 due to a severe high right ankle injury that required surgery. The offensive tackle suffered the injury in Week 9 against the ******* ans.
His absence, plus the absence of fellow Pro Bowl tackle Rashawn Slater, put the Chargers' offensive line in a bad spot, and it showed throughout the season. Justin Herbert was sacked a career-high 54 times.
