US-based accounting and professional services company CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is set to use Digits' AI-native accounting platform to develop and train a "proprietary firm model".
Under the arrangement, Digits will supply its platform and model-training technology while CLA will contribute the technical expertise needed to shape and train the model.
Both companies plan to roll out CLA-trained AI capabilities to current and future clients over the next three years.
Digits founder and CEO Jeff Seibert said: "Business owners depend on their accountants for financial judgment, guidance, and peace of mind.
"And few firms deliver on that with the scale, tenure, and client empathy that CLA brings.
