As part of "Innovation Day," fans can go to a link (https://utep.questionpro.c... and vote on their preference for a 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. or 7 p.m. kickoff.
While UTEP routinely polls its season-ticket holders for kick time preferences, this is the first time it has put its kickoff time to a fan vote.
