India will lock horns with Afghanistan for the final time in the bilateral series at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Saturday afternoon.
With the hosts having already sealed the series with an unbeatable 2-0 cushion, Rohit Sharma will be keen to sign off on a strong note after failing to get big scores in the first two ODIs.
His case was made easier after stand-in opener Yashasvi Jaiswal managed just four runs in that game.
Harshit Rana, freshly back in the mix, is tipped to feature against Afghanistan, while the team management may rest KL Rahul and hand Ishan Kishan a turn behind the stumps. All-rounder Nitish Reddy is also fit and ready, and ***** istant coach Ryan ten Doeschate confirmed on Friday that he will play.
