SpaceX (NASDAQ: $SPCX) is buying artificial intelligence (A.I.) coding **** istant Cursor for $60 billion U.S. in an all-stock deal.
Elon Musk's **** e exploration and satellite company said Cursor will become a wholly owned subsidiary of **** eX. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
Cursor is an A.I. model developed by San Francisco-based start-up company Anysphere that can code for people.
