In a recent report, Mundo Deportivo revealed that Manchester United are eyeing a move for Barcelona midfielder Marc Casado. It has been mentioned that the Red Devils would have to rival Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the race to sign the Spanish talent in this transfer window.
Casado caught the eye at times with his performances at the centre of Barcelona’s midfield in the previous campaign. The Spanish sensation secured one ****** ist but failed to register a goal in 34 matches for the Catalan giants last season across multiple competitions.
The 22-year-old is currently among the best young central midfielders in La Liga. Hence, it is no surprise that Man United are eager to get a deal done for him in this transfer window.
His current contract at the Nou Camp will run out in the summer of 2028. Thus, the Red Devils would have to make a big offer if they want to recruit him later this year.
