More than a decade after Robin Williams' death, his son Zak Williams is opening the pages of the comedian's final months, revealing that his father seemed close to finding a light at the end of the tunnel.
The late "Mrs. Doubtfire" actor died by suicide at age 63 after he had previously been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, adding another layer to the health struggles surrounding his final years.
However, his children continue to carry different parts of his legacy forward through advocacy, memories, humor, and efforts to protect the authenticity of the man they knew as their father.
