The Baltimore Ravens have been on the wrong end of back-to-back disastrous second-half collapses to the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals. After building double-digit leads by halftime, the Ravens proceeded not to score a single point in either of those second halves against their AFC North rivals.
In their search for answers to solve this scoreless issue, offensive coordinator Declan Doyle asked the players for their suggestions. One of them was clearly thinking way outside the box.
"I've asked the players and they brought up the suggestion: 'Maybe we should just stay in the end zone for the end of the first half. Then it will always be the first half for us. We'll never go into the locker room,'" Declan said.
