In Touch can confirm that the TV personality (whose real name is Phillip Calvin McGraw), 76, has listed his eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom Beverly Hills home for $67.5 million after purchasing the property in July 2010 for just under $30 million.
The 16,079-square-foot estate "emulates old Hollywood while offering every modern amenity today's most discerning buyer requires," according to a listing.
Designed by architect Kevin Clark and completed in 2011, the property includes a main residence, a guest house and separate staff quarters.
The house features double-height vestibules, imported stone fireplaces, formal living rooms, a study with a heavily decorated ceiling and a bank of arched French windows and doors.
