Rachael Foster was scrolling through TikTok when a logo she knew better than most appeared on her screen: dELiA*s, the brand she had modeled for as a teenager nearly 30 years earlier. After learning it had returned at Target, Foster knew looking at the collection online wasn't going to be enough.
"Then actually going to Target and standing there next to dELiA*s again was surreal," Foster tells PEOPLE exclusively. "It immediately took me back to being 17, being on those sets with the other girls, the music playing and all of us just having fun."
