The NFL season starts this week and Fox Sports' Nick Wright is ramping up his defense of Patrick Mahomes' honor. Wright has taken on the unenviable task of fighting the good fight against the haters and losers who disagree that Mahomes is the GOAT. He wants people to know that Mahomes, the two-time MVP and three-time Super Bowl MVP is the best quarterback alive. And to do that he's ready to have to tear down some false idols like Josh Allen in the process.
That's exactly what happened on Wright's latest podcast. His new point of contention is that Allen cannot be the best because he doesn't have any signature wins. And if you try to remember a signature win, you'll actually think about a loss.

"Close your eyes," Wright said into the camera. "Tell me what comes to mind when I say this: Josh Allen's greatest win in the NFL. You thought of a f—ing loss. You thought of the 13 seconds game. Do it again. What's his signature win? Beating Trevor last year in Jacksonville in round one? Each of the last four years, when the Bills' season comes to an end, the quarterback on the other side of the thoroughly outplayed Josh."
Wright then looked at who Allen has won and lost against in the playoffs.
