"Things have gotten so much better," the source confirms to the National Enquirer. "They're actually speaking again — and he's now suggesting that they should do Christmas as a family in Australia."
As Enquirer previously revealed, the Practical Magic 2 actress, 59, spent the 2025 holiday season in Australia with the pair's girls following her September divorce filing. She'd cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason her 19-year marriage to the country singer, 58, ended.
"It was the first time they didn't celebrate Christmas as a family," reveals the source. "For obvious reasons, the last person Nicole wanted to see was Keith."
