Hans Georgeson has left his position as chief executive of Royal London ******* et Management, ending a five-year tenure.
The group's chief executive, Barry O'Dwyer, is starting the recruitment process for a replacement.
Until a permanent appointment is made, group chief financial officer Daniel Cazeaux will take on the role on an interim basis.
Royal London Group CEO Barry O'Dwyer said: "I would like to thank Hans for his significant contribution over the past five years. Under his leadership, Royal London ******* et Management has grown strongly, broadened its investment capabilities and strengthened its position as a leading UK ******* et manager. We wish him continued success in his next role.
"Dan is an excellent interim appointment. This means he is well placed to support Royal London ******* et Management through this period and maintain our focus on delivering for clients."
