You might find it hard to believe that Edward Enninful's 72 Magazine is celebrating its first anniversary. The commemorative issue of 72 celebrates the creative legacy of the 90s and "its continued influence on fashion and culture". The independent London-based print publication, founded by the former British Vogue editor-in-chief under his EE72 media company, bestows upon us a total of 9 dual cover offerings for Issue #5 Fall 2026. Two generations of supermodels come together for the occasion. Gigi Hadid (wearing Versace Spring 1994), Anok Yai, Paloma Elsesser, Imaan Hammam, He Cong, Adwoa Aboah, Mica Argañaraz, Julia ***** is, and Emily Ratajkowski feature on one side of the 72 Magazine cover. Archival photos of 90s icons Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Kristen McMenamy, Yasmeen Ghauri, Karen Elson, Christy Turlington, and Amber Valletta appear on the flip side.

"Gigi actually looks good, for a change! I give credit where credit is due, unlike Vogue France," remarked BalkaniStaCouture upon checking out the covers.
"I like the concept of the dual covers and the two generations of models on each side; very nicely done. There's some strong cover imagery here; I am particularly fond of the Gigi Hadid cover – and love the archival Versace," voiced vogue28.
Yet not everyone was feeling it. "What an unfortunate decision to juxtapose the 90s vs today. You make people realize how the past is superior to the present. This magazine is already setting itself up for irrelevance," Lola701 noted.
