With the 4-0 win against Lecce behind them, it's already time for Roma to focus on their next league match against Atalanta. At Trigoria, all eyes will be on Evan Ndicka's condition.
The defender was expected to start at the Via del Mare on Monday evening, but a problem he picked up during the warm-up forced Gian Piero Gasperini to make a last-minute change to Ghilardi.
According to Il Tempo and Il Romanista, Ndicka will need to be evaluated upon the resumption of training to determine the full extent of the problem and his availability for the match against Atalanta.
Positive signs are emerging regarding Devyne Rensch.
The Dutch winger, who missed the Lecce match, is expected to be close to returning to the squad and could be available again during the week.
