Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will turn his attention back to the transfer market after seeing his side make it two wins out of two with a 1-0 Premier League success at Aston Villa.
Bukayo Saka's second-half strike was enough for the defending champions to shade a tight contest at Villa Park.
But with the transfer window shutting at 11 pm (2200 GMT) on Tuesday, Arteta is keen to add some attacking depth, with the Gunners linked with a move for Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez.
Arteta said: "I said, we are trying to improve the squad, and until tomorrow night we're going to try to do that.
"I've been disconnected from the world for 24 hours because I think my energy and focus has to be on the match."
