San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested in Ohio over the weekend, court records show.
Columbiana County, Oh. court records showed that York posted a $5,000 bond and was released on his own recognizance after pleading no contest to charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. York spent one day in jail.
An initial filing said that York was arraigned for "engaging in prostitution," and the East Palestine police made the arrest along with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force
The task force did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.
Multiple outlets reported the arrest Monday morning.
The 49ers, NFL, and East Palestine police did not immediately comment.
