FC Barcelona have officially announced the signing of Joao Cancelo.
The Portuguese player has terminated his contract with Al Hilal and is set to begin a new chapter with Barcelona. This time on a permanent deal.
It could not be confirmed this past Wednesday in time for Joao to be officially presented to the Barça fans at the Joan Gamper Trophy, which sparked his anger, but it has been done this Thursday.
His versatility will strengthen both full-back positions, and he will provide strong competition for both Jules Koundé and Alejandro Balde.
He is expected to be presented in the coming hours.
