Blake Rambusch retired from baseball on Tuesday, Aug. 18, according to his official transactions page. The 25-year-old third baseman was a 15th-round draft pick by the Mariners in 2022 out of Auburn University.
In parts of five professional seasons, Rambusch reached as high as the Triple-A level. In 22 games for the Tacoma Rainiers, the Mariners' top farm team, Rambusch hit .284 with one home run and seven RBIs in 2026.
After less than a month in Tacoma, the Mariners ****** igned Rambusch to Double-A Arkansas on July 7. In his last game for the Travelers on Saturday, Aug. 15, Rambusch went 1 for 4 with a single.
