Just one day after Hayden Panettiere's shocking death at 36, new details have emerged about the actress' final moments.
According to audio of the dispatch call obtained by People on Monday, August 17, first responders were called to reports of an apparent overdose and cardiac arrest after the Heroes alum was found unresponsive at a South Carolina home.
While her official cause of death remains under investigation, the outlet reported that the words "overdose" and "cardiac arrest" were heard being discussed by officials.
"The preliminary investigation has not indicated any signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances," the Greenville Police Department said in a statement to the publication. "An acquaintance of Ms. Panettiere placed the 911 call."
The identity of Panettiere's acquaintance has not been released. However, on Saturday, August 15, the Scream 4 star was spotted flying out of LAX with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Brian Hickerson.
