NORMAN — Oklahoma football added depth to its defensive line on Monday.
The Sooners landed a commitment from Arkansas defensive tackle transfer Danny Saili, who was recently granted a fifth year of eligibility following the class of 2022 ruling in Colorado, On3 reported Monday night.
Saili's Instagram bio reads "D tackle at OU football."
Saili, who was listed at 6-foot-3, 319 pounds, saw action in 11 games last season for the Razorbacks, registering 10 tackles, a pass breakup and two quarterback hurries. He's been in the transfer portal since January.
Prior to his two seasons at Arkansas, Saili spent the spring of 2024 at BYU and played two seasons at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas. He was briefly committed to the Sooners during his time at Hutchinson.
