LeBron James transcends sports and life. The future Hall of Fame megastar is one of those figures who everybody has an opinion on and are in awe of what he is able to do on a nightly basis.
James choosing to join the Philadelphia 76ers in free agency shocked the sports world a bit as many expected him to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers or Miami Heat. Instead, the megastar is joining a Sixers team that already features Jaylen Brown, Joel Embiid, and Tyrese Maxey. To some, that draws criticism as Philadelphia was already a talented team. However, it is free agency for a reason as James is free to choose whoever he decides to join and play basketball with.
The decision of James caught the attention of everybody, including the current Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. On an episode of "Hard Knocks", quarterback Sam Darnold and wide receiver Cooper Kupp gave thoughts on James joining the Sixers as they defended his decision.
