Princess Kate may be the future queen but she's also a mama who just loves to chat.
The mother-of-three was spotted keeping husband Prince William and their children waiting over the weekend as the family of five left Scotland's Commonwealth Games.
In a video gaining widespread attention on social media, William is seen getting into the family car along with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8, while Kate is seen taking the time to finish her conversation with British sporting legend Sir Chris Hoy.
"My mother was the same way. This was always us leaving church on Sunday…dad and kids in the car and mom chatting," wrote one social media user on Instagram. "You can imagine what the kids must be saying- c'mon mum!" wrote another.
Many were entertained at the idea of Prince William, who is next in line to the British throne waiting patiently for his wife to finish chatting. Even as the future monarch, William is "just a husband waiting in the car," one Instagram user joked.
