The Bravo star also alleges that she found out that PK wasn't fulfilling his side of the arrangement when she started to receive foreclosure notices

According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 50, alleges that the 58-year-old businessman informally agreed to pay the mortgage for their Los Angeles home, but hasn't fulfilled his agreement. Dorit also claims that she and her estranged husband decided on this agreement in place of PK having to pay temporary court-ordered child and spousal support. The former couple shares daughter Phoenix, 10, and son Jagger, 12.
