Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was arrested in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin on the night of July 23, according to police records obtained by USA TODAY Sports.
Romo, who currently works as a TV **** yst for CBS Sports' NFL coverage, is accused of operating a vehicle while under the influence. The former NFL quarterback was booked by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office after his arrest at 6:18 p.m. CT on July 23 and was released at 11:01 p.m., according to police records.
According to a copy of Romo's arrest-detention report obtained by USA TODAY Sports, Romo was stopped going southbound on I-43 and "performed poorly on SFSTs (standard field sobriety tests)."

A charge of OWI (operating while under the influence) would be the first for the former Cowboys quarterback, who grew up in Burlington, Wisconsin.
