The reigning MVP of the United Football League (UFL) may soon be taking his talents to the NFL.
Orlando Storm quarterback Jack Plummer is set to work out for the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, according to KPRC 2 Houston's Aaron Wilson. The 26-year-old's workout with the 49ers will be on Friday, July 24 while his session with the Dolphins will come next week.
Plummer enjoyed a stellar first season in the UFL, helping lead the Storm to an 8-2 record while completing 65% of his passes for a league-best 2,188 yards and 17 touchdowns with just a single interception. He also ran for 189 yards and two touchdowns, including a 70-yard scamper that resulted in a touchdown.
