Milan and USMNT star Christian Pulisic will be out of action for circa six weeks after scans confirmed he suffered a microfracture during the World Cup.

The forward struggled with several injury problems and poor form in recent months for both club and country, which did not improve by much at the tournament where USA were hosting with Canada and Mexico.
He limped off during the Round of 16 defeat to Belgium, 4-1 on the day, and there were immediately concerns it could be a serious setback.
