The Houston Rockets' opponents for next season's NBA Cup have been revealed.
The Rockets will compete in West Group A, and are set to face the Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, and Utah Jazz in the group play stage of the tournament. The group play games will take place every Friday from Oct. 30 through Nov. 27. If Houston advances past the group stage, it moves on to the tournament's elimination phase, which starts on Dec. 4 and ends with the championship game on Dec. 11.
One notable change for next season is the location of the tournament's championship game. The final will be held at Butler University's Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indiana, instead of the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Last year, the Rockets were eliminated in group play with a 2-2 record, placing third in their group while losing to the San Antonio Spurs and the Nuggets.
