Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he is in remission from prostate cancer.
In the latest episode of his Clarkson's Farm series, the 66-year-old told viewers he had been diagnosed with "aggressive" prostate cancer last summer that had been discovered early.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, he confirmed that a PSA test two months ago revealed no indication of the disease and that he was officially in remission.
He told the newspaper: "I am without a doubt, officially, the world's luckiest man."
Clarkson also revealed that he has had lunch with Lord Cameron to discuss their prostate cancer diagnoses.
