The last full moon of 2025 will rise in Wisconsin this week.
The Cold Moon will reach peak illumination Dec. 4. Not only is it the last full moon of the year, it's also a supermoon.
Here's what to know about seeing the celestial display in the Badger State:
The Cold Moon will reach peak illumination Dec. 4 at 6:14 P.M. EST, according to The Old Farmer's Almanac. So, it'll reach its peak at 5:14 p.m. in Wisconsin on that day.
The Old Farmer's Almanac also has a moonrise and moonset calculator, which lets users search by state, city or ZIP code to see when the full moon will peak by them.
