According to court documents, Shakes identified Sabbag as a potential witness in the Kevin Hart lawsuit.
Sabbag previously filed a $60 million lawsuit against Hart in 2019. She alleged that he recorded their **** ual encounter without her consent. Hart denied wrongdoing, and the case was eventually dismissed.
As per TMZ, Shakes wanted Sabbag's testimony as part of a separate dispute involving a non-disclosure agreement.
