Miranda Lambert just confirmed long-standing rumors that she and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger got into a bar fight back in 2010.
Appearing on the Thursday, October 1, episode of The New York Times' Popcast podcast, the country singer, 42, was asked whether it was true she once "hit Chad Kroeger in the face."
The question came after Us Weekly reported more than 15 years ago that the Canadian rocker, 51, "kept persisting" that the three-time Grammy winner do shots with him at her 27th birthday party. At the time, the outlet reported he said she "didn't have to be a [expletive] about it," before she "grabbed a shot and threw it in his face."
Joking that she was "nervous" to answer the question now, the "Somethin' Bad" singer then admitted, "I threw moonshine in his face. I did do that." She also said she "wrecked" his trademark long locks.
