Tony Romo has received three new citations stemming from his arrest in Milwaukee on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
According to online court records, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current CBS Sports **** yst was cited for first-offense operating while intoxicated, unsafe passing on the right side and possessing open intoxicants in his vehicle. Romo had already received a citation on July 27 for refusing to take an intoxication test after his arrest.
Romo is reportedly due in court for all four citations on Sept. 21.
His camp also released a new statement to the Journal-Sentinel:
"Tony accepts full responsibility for his actions and has taken proactive steps to ensure that this isolated civil matter is properly resolved. We are working with local authorities to bring this matter to a close and we are communicating with CBS about next steps."
