Courteney ****** is doing her best to stay positive and power through the pain of her break-up from longtime partner Johnny McDaid, a source tells In Touch.
"The plain truth is that he just got bored of the arrangement over time and decided to throw in the towel late last year," the source says of their 10-plus year romance. "The spark had gone and he wanted to draw a line so they could both move on."
It's not the first time the couple has called it quits.
Back in 2015, the Snow Patrol rocker, 49, broke off their engagement in a couples therapy session, the Friends alum, 62, revealed during a 2024 appearance on Minnie Questions with Minnie Driver.
Despite reconciling a year later, ****** and McDaid never did make it down the aisle.
