Nexteq's Densitron has secured a contract to supply customised display solutions for an electric delivery vehicle programme, in a move that marks its entry into the automotive market.
The order comes from a new customer described by the company as a "leading" supplier of automotive electronics.
In a stock exchange filing, Nexteq said the project includes tailored display engineering and specification refinement to meet the customer's display and interface requirements.
Production is expected to begin in the second half of fiscal 2026.
The company said volumes are likely to "materially increase" over the following three years as the customer expands its product rollout.
