“Rich Dad Poor Dad” author Robert Kiyosaki has surprised followers by dumping his Bitcoin holdings for real estate cash flow businesses.
Kiyosaki said on Nov. 21 on X that he sold $2.25 million worth of Bitcoin at about $90,000 per coin. He had purchased those coins at about $6,000 per coin, he said. The sale came amid a market crash that has seen Bitcoin tank nearly 40% from its price record of $126,000 to, at one point, trade just above $80,000 in a matter of weeks.
